We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. For that, all tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Items are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 14 days of delivery.

We have a 100% percent refund policy at Shades of Sabi and that’s a promise! The refund process is initiated after 5-7 working days, only after we receive the item in the warehouse where we do a thorough check of the same.
