Nevertheless, we strive to match the tones as close to the original product colours as possible.

DISPATCH

All our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of when you place the order. Orders placed on Friday post noon, are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.

DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT? DON’T WORRY

We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. For that, all tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Items are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 14 days of delivery.

REFUNDS -

We have a 100% percent refund policy at Shades of Sabi and that’s a promise! The refund process is initiated after 5-7 working days, only after we receive the item in the warehouse where we do a thorough check of the same.

Items that are on a discount of 50% off or more will not be eligible for exchange/refund.
