We offer free shipping on all our pre-paid orders.

DISPATCH

All our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of when you place the order. Orders placed on Friday post noon, are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.

It usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please do not accept the package if it’s tampered with.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. For that, all tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Items are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REFUNDS -

Although shipping is totally free, in case of an exchange or return we will charge return pick up/shipping cost for the order which is Rs 200. The refund process is initiated after 5-7 working days, only after we receive the item in the warehouse where we do a thorough check of the same.

Items that are on a discount of 40% off or more or are a part of CLEARANCE SALE more will not be eligible for return. Only exchange at additional shipping cost.
